When will my order ship?
All orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days via USPS Mail. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us and we will replace those items.


Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states.


Do you accept returns?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Need your gift sooner?  No problem! We offer a “Rush Production'' service, found here in our add-ons category.  This will move your order to the front of our queue!


Help! My package says it was delivered, but it’s not here!
Don’t panic! Sometimes orders can be prematurely marked as delivered or might have been dropped off at a front desk or mailroom. If you still haven’t received your order by the end of the next business day, let us know here


Do you offer custom service for large quantity orders?
